102:1 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

أَلْهَاكُمُ التَّكَاثُرُ

Proliferation* is distracting you

Proliferation (Ettakaathur)* is distracting you (p) (Al'haa-kumu)

102:2 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

حَتَّىٰ زُرْتُمُ الْمَقَابِرَ

until you visit the tombs.

until (Hattaa) you visit (Zur'tumu) the tombs (graveyards) (El'Maqaabir).

102:3 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ

Nay! You will find out.

Nay (Kallaa)! You will (Saw'fa) find out (-Ta'lamuun).

102:4 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ

And nay! You will find out.

And (Thumma) nay (Kallaa)! You will (Saw'fa) find out (-Ta'lamuun).

102:5 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

كَلَّا لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عِلْمَ الْيَقِينِ

Nay! If you should find out the knowledge of certainty,

Nay (Kallaa)! If (Law') you should find out (Ta'lamuuna) the knowledge (il'ma) of certainty (El'Yaqiin),

102:6 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

لَتَرَوُنَّ الْجَحِيمَ

you will see Hell.

you will (La) see (-Tarawunna) Hell (El'Jahiim).

102:7 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيْنَ الْيَقِينِ

Then you will see it with the eye of certainty.

Then (Thumma) you will (La) see it with (-Tarawunnahaa) the eye of certainty (Äi'nal' Yaqiin).

102:8 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

ثُمَّ لَتُسْأَلُنَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ النَّعِيمِ

Then you will be questioned, on that day, about the happiness.

Then (Thumma) you will (La) be questioned (-Tus'alunna), on that day (Yawmaizin), about (Äni) the happiness (En'Na'eem).
