10:21 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

And when We make the people taste mercy after adversity has touched them, then they scheme against Our verses. Say:"The scheme of GOD is swifter."Indeed, Our messengers are recording whatever you scheme.

And (Wa) when (Izaa) We make the people (En'Naasa) taste (-Azaq'na) mercy (Rah'matan) after (Min Ba'di) adversity (Dorraa'a) has touched them (Massat'hum), then (Izaa) they (Lahum) scheme (Mak'run) against (Fii) Our verses (Aayaati-naa). Say (Quli): "The scheme (Mak'ran) of GOD (Ellahu) is swifter (As'rau)." Indeed (Inna), Our messengers (the Angels) (Rusula-naa) are recording (Yak'tubuuna) whatever (Maa) you scheme (Tam'kuruun).

10:22 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

HE is the One who causes you to travel on land and sea until when you are in ships and sailing with them by a good wind and rejoicing at it, there comes a stormy wind and the waves comes to them from every place and they presume that they have been surrounded. They invoke GOD sincerely devoting the religion to HIM, "Indeed if YOU rescue us from this, we will be among the grateful."

HE (God) (Huwa) is the One who (Ellazii) causes you to travel (Yusayyiru-kum’) on (Fii) land (El'Barri) and sea (Wal' Bah'ri) until (Hattaa) when (Izaa) you are (Kuntum) in (Fii) ships (El'Ful'ki) and (Wa) sailing (Jarai'na) with them (Bihim) by (Bi) a good (Toyyibatin) wind (Riihin) and (Wa) rejoicing (Farihu') at it (Bihaa), there comes (Ja'at'haa) a stormy (Ääsifun) wind (Riihun) and the waves (El'Maw'ju) comes to them (Jaa'a-humu) from (Min) every (Kulli) place (Makaanin) and they presume (Zonnuu') that they (Annahum) have been surrounded (Uhiito Bi-him’). They invoke GOD (Daäwu'llaha) sincerely devoting (Mukh'lisiina) the religion (Ed'Diina) to HIM (Lahu), "Indeed if (La'in') YOU rescue us (Anjai'ta-naa) from (Min') this (Haazihi), we will (La) be (Nakuunanna) among (Mina) the grateful (Es'Shaakiriin)."

10:23 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

But when HE rescues them then they oppress on earth without right. O you mankind, your oppression is only against your souls in the enjoyment of the worldly life. Therefore to Us is your return, then We will inform you of what you have done.

But (Fa) when (Lammaa) HE rescues them (Anjaa-hum) then (Izaa) they (Hum') oppress (Yab'guuna) on earth (Fiil' Ar'di) without (Bi-Gai'ri) right (El'Haqqi). O you (Yaa Ayyuha) mankind (En'Naasu), your oppression (Bag'yu-kum’) is only (Innamaa) against (Älaa) your souls (Anfusi-kum) in the enjoyment (Mataa'ä) of the worldly (Ed'Dun'ya) life (El'Hayaati). Therefore (Thumma) to Us (ilai'naa) is your return (Mar'jiu-kum), then (Fa) We will inform you (Nunabbiu-kum) of what (Bimaa) you have (Kuntum) done (Ta'maluun).

10:24 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

The example of the worldly life is only like water which We send down from the sky then the plants of the earth mixes with it; from which the people and livestock eat until when the earth has taken its decoration and is beautified, and its people think that they are in control over it, there comes Our command by night or by day, then We render it as a harvest, as if it had not fertilized the other day. Thus have We explained the signs for people who ponder.

The example (Mathalu) of the worldly (Ed'Dun'ya) life (El'Hayaati) is only (Innama) like (Ka) water (Maa'in) which We send down (Anzal'naa-hu) from (Mina) the sky (Es'Samaai) then (Fa) the plants (Nabaatu) of the earth (El'Ar'di) mixes (Ekh'talata) with it (Bihi); from which (Mimmaa) the people (En'Naasu) and livestock (Wal' An'äämu) eat (Ya'kulu) until (Hattaa) when (Izaa) the earth (El'Ar'du) has taken (Akhazati) its decoration (Zukh'rufa-ha) and is beautified (Ez'Zayyanat'), and (Wa) its people (Ah'lu-haa) think (Zonna) that they (Annahum) are in control (Qaadiruuna) over it (Älai'ha), there comes (Ataa-haa) Our command (Am'ru-naa) by night (Lai'lan) or (Aw') by day (Nahaaran), then (Fa) We render it (Jaäl'naa-ha) as a harvest (Hasiidan), as if (Ka'an) it had not (Lam') fertilized (Tag'na) the other day (Bil' Am'si). Thus (Fa) have We explained (Nufassilu) the signs (El'Aayaati) for (Li) people (Qaw'min) who ponder (Yatafakkaruun).

10:25 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

And GOD invites to the Home of Peace and guides whomever HE wills to a straight path.

And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) invites (Yad'uu') to (ilaa) the Home (Daari) of Peace (Es'Salaami) and (Wa) guides (Yah'dii) whomever (Man) HE wills (Yashaau) to a straight (Mus'taqiim) path (Siraatin).

10:26 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

For those who do well is the best as well as extra, and no dust will overtake their faces nor humiliation. Those are the companions of the Garden; they will be therein eternally.

For those who (Lillaziina) do well (Ah'sanu') is the best (El'Hus'naa) as well as (Wa) extra (Ziyaada'), and no (Walaa) dust (Qatarun) will overtake (Yar'haqu) their faces (Wujuuha-hum) nor (Walaa) humiliation (Zillatun). Those (U'laaika) are the companions (As'haabu) of the Garden (El'Jannati); they (Hum') will be therein (Fiiha) eternally (Khaaliduun).

10:27 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

As for those who have earned bad deeds, there is an evil requital of its likeness and they will be overtaken by humiliation; they will have no protector against GOD. It will be as if their faces have been covered with segments of gloomy night. Those are the companions of the Fire; they will be therein eternally.

As for (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) have earned (Kasabu') bad deeds (Es'Sayyi'aati), there is an evil (Sayyiati) requital (Jazaau) of (Bi) its likeness (Mith'li-ha) and (Wa) they will be overtaken (Tar'haqu-hum) by humiliation (Zillatun); they will have (Lahum) no (Maa Min') protector (Ääsimin) against GOD (Minallahi). It will be as if (Ka'annamaa) their faces (Wujuuhu-hum) have been covered (Ug'shiyat') with segments (Qitaän) of (Mina) gloomy (Muz'lima) night (Ellai'li). Those (U'laaika) are the companions (As'haabu) of the Fire (En'Naari); they (Hum') will be therein (Fiiha) eternally (Khaaliduun).

10:28 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

And the day We will assemble them all, then We will say to those who have associated others, "Position yourselves, you and your associates."Then We will separate them, and their associates will say, "You were not worshipping us,

And (Wa) the day (Yaw'ma) We will assemble them (Nah'shuru-hum) all (Jamiiän), then (Thumma) We will say (Naquulu) to those who (Lillaziina) have associated others (idolized) (Ash'raku'), "Position yourselves (Makaana-kum’), you (Antum) and (Wa) your associates (idols) (Shurakaau-kum)." Then (Fa) We will separate them (Zayyal'na Bai'na-hum), and their associates (Shurakaau-hum’) will say (Qaala), "You were (Kuntum') not (Maa) worshipping us (Ta'buduun Iyyaanaa),

10:29 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

and sufficient is GOD as a Witness between us and you that we were unaware of your worship."

and (Fa) sufficient is GOD (Kafaa Bi-llahi) as a Witness (Shahiida) between us and you (Bai'na-naa Wa Bai'na-kum) that (In) we were (Kunna La) unaware (Gaafiliin) of (Än') your worship (Ebaadati-kum)."

10:30 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

There; every soul will be trialled for what it had done previously, and they will be returned to GOD, their guardian, the TRUTH. And whatever they used to fabricate will divert from them.

There (Hunaalika); every (Kullu) soul (Naf'sin) will be trialled (Tab'lu') for what (Maa) it had done previously (As'lafat’), and (Wa) they will be returned (Rudduu') to GOD (ilaallahi), their guardian (master) (Maw'laa-humu), the TRUTH (El' Haqqi). And (Wa) whatever (Maa) they used to (Kaanu') fabricate (Yaf'taruun) will divert from them (Dolla Än'hum).

10:31 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

Say:"Who provides for you from the heaven and the earth? Or who controls the hearing and the eyesight? And who brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living? And who arranges the matter?"And they will say, "GOD."Then say:"Will you then not become pious?"

Say (Qul'): "Who (Man) provides for you (Yar'zuqu-kum) from (Mina) the heaven (Es'Samaai) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di)? Or who (Amman) controls (Yam'liku) the hearing (Es'Sam'ä) and the eyesight (Wal' Ab'soara)? And who (Waman) brings (Tukh'riju) the living (El'Hayya) out of (Mina) the dead (El'Mayyiti) and brings (Yukh'riju) the dead (El'Mayyita) out of (Mina) the living (El'Hayyi)? And who (Waman) arranges (Yudabbiru) the matter (El'Am'ra)?" And (Fa) they will say (Sa Yaquuluunna), "GOD (Ellahu)." Then (Fa) say (Qul'): "Will you then not (Afalaa) become pious (Tattaquun)?"

10:32 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

And that is GOD, your LORD, the TRUTH; so what is there after the truth if not error? So how are you diverting?

And (Fa) that (Zaalikumu) is GOD (Ellahu), your LORD (Rabbu-kumu), the TRUTH (El' Haqqu); so (Fa) what (Maaza) is there after (Ba'da) the truth (3:60) (El'Haqqi) if not (illa) error (Ed'Dolaalu)? So (Fa) how (Annaa) are you diverting (Tus'rafuun)?

10:33 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

Thus has the word of your LORD been imposed on those who acted immoral that they will not believe.

Thus (Kazaalika) has the word (Kalimatu) of your LORD (Rabbi-ka) been imposed on (Haqqat' Äla) those who (Ellaziina) acted immoral (Fasaquu') that they (Annahum) will not (Laa) believe (Yu'minuun).

10:34 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

Say:"Are there any of your associates who initiated the creation and then repeats it?"Say:"GOD initiated creation and then repeats it. So how do you lie?"

Say (Qul'): "Are (Hal') there any of (Min) your associates (idols) (Shurakaai-kum) who (Man) initiated (Yab'dau') the creation (El'Khal'qa) and then (Thumma) repeats it (Yueedu-hu)?" Say (Quli): "GOD (Ellahu) initiated (Yab'dau') creation (El'Khal'qa) and then (Thumma) repeats it (Yueedu-hu). So (Fa) how (Annaa) do you lie (Tu'fakuun)?"

10:35 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

Say:"Are there any of your associates who guides to the truth?"Say:"GOD guides to the truth."So is One who guides to the truth worthier to be followed or one who cannot guide unless he is guided? So how do you judge?

Say (Qul'): "Are (Hal') there any (Min) of your associates (idols) (Shurakaai-kum) who (Man) guides (Yah'dii) to (ilaa) the truth (El'Haqqi)?" Say (Quli): "GOD (Ellahu) guides (Yah'dii) to (ilaa) the truth (El'Haqqi)." So is One who (Afaman) guides (Yah'dii) to (ilaa) the truth (El'Haqqi) worthier (Ahaqqu) to (An) be followed (Yuttabaä) or one who (Amman) cannot (Laa) guide (Yahiddii) unless (illaa An) he is guided (Yuh'daa)? So (Fa) how do you (Maa Lakum Kai'fa) judge (Tah'kumuun)?

10:36 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

And most of them follow only assumption. Indeed, assumption does not avail against the truth at all. Indeed, GOD is aware of what they do.

And (Wa) most of them (Ak'tharu-hum) follow (Yattabiu) only (Maa illa) assumption (6:116) (Zonna). Indeed (Inna), assumption (Ez'Zonna) does not (Laa) avail (Yug'nii) against (Mina) the truth (El'Haqqi) at all (Shai'an). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is aware (Äliimu) of what (Bimaa) they do (Yaf'äluun).

10:37 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

And this is not the Koran that could be invented by other than GOD, however it is a confirmation of what was before it and an elaboration of the Book, there is no doubt therein, from the LORD of the worlds.

And (Wa) this (Haaza) is (Kaana) not (Maa) the Koran (El'Qur'aanu) that (An) could be invented by (Yuf'taraa) other than GOD (4:82) (Min Duuni-llahi), however (Walaakin) it is a confirmation (Tas'diiqa) of what (Ellazii) was before it (Bai'na Yadai'hi) and (Wa) an elaboration (Taf'siila) of the Book (El'Kitaabi), there is no (Laa) doubt (Rai'ba) therein (Fiihi), from (Min) the LORD (Rabbi) of the worlds (El'Äälamiin).

10:38 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

Or are they saying, "He invented it?"Say:"Then bring a chapter like it and invite whomever you can other than GOD, if you should be truthful."

Or (Am') are they saying (Yaquuluuna), "He (Mohammed) invented it (Ef'taraa-hu)?" Say (Qul'): "Then bring (Fa'tu' Bi) a chapter (Suuratin) like it (Mith'li-hi) and (Wa) invite (Ed'uu') whomever (Mani) you can (Es'tata'tum) other than GOD (Min Duuni-llahi), if (In) you should be (Kuntum) truthful (Soadiqiin)." (11:13)

10:39 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

In fact, they have denied what they have not encompassed its knowledge, and whose interpretation has not yet come to them. Likewise did those before them deny. So observe how was the end of the transgressors.

In fact (Bal'), they have denied (Kazzabu') what (Bimaa) they have not (Lam') encompassed (Yuhiitu' Bi) its knowledge (27:84) (il'mi-hi), and (Wa) whose interpretation (7:53) (Ta'wiilu-hu) has not yet (Lammaa) come to them (Ya'ti-him’). Likewise (Kazaalika) did those (Ellaziina) before them (Min Qab'li-him) deny (Kazzaba). So (Fa) observe (Enzur) how (Kai'fa) was (Kaana) the end (Ääqibatu) of the transgressors (Ez'Zoalimiin).

10:40 Shuaib Abdullahi (EN)

And among them are those who believe in it, and among them are those who do not believe in it, but your LORD is aware of the corrupters.

And (Wa) among them (Min'hum) are those who (Man) believe (Yu'minu) in it (Bihi), and (Wa) among them (Min'hum) are those who (Man) do not (Laa) believe (Yu'minu) in it (Bihi), but (Wa) your LORD (Rabbu-ka) is aware of (A'lamu Bi) the corrupters (El'Muf'sidiin).
