Do you not see that GOD urges on the clouds, then HE combines them together, then HE makes them heap, and you see the drizzle coming out of it? And HE sends down from the sky wherein are some heaps of snow to strike whomever HE wills thereby and divert it from whomever HE wills. The flash of its lightning almost takes away the eyesight.

But (Wa) if (In) the truth (El'Haqqu) should be (Yakun) theirs (Lahumu), they will come (Ya'tuu') to him (ilai'hi) in obedience (Muz'eniin).
Is there disease in their hearts? Or do they mistrust? Or are they afraid that GOD and HIS messenger will wrong them? In fact, they are those who are the transgressors.
Is there (A-) disease (Maradun) in (-fii) their hearts (Quluubi-him)? Or (Ami) do they mistrust (Er'taabuu')?

And (Wa) whoever (Man) obeys (Yutie) GOD (Ellaha) and HIS messenger (Rasuula-hu) and fears GOD (Yakh'sha-llaha) and reverences HIM (Yattaq'hi), then (Fa) they (Humu) are those (U'laaika) who are the achievers (El'Faa'izuun).
And they swear by GOD in the effort of their oaths that, "If you should command them, they would go forth."Say:"Do not swear. Obedience is well-known. Indeed, GOD is conversant with what you do."
And (Wa) they (the hypocrites) swear (Aq'samu') by GOD (Billahi) in the effort (Jah'da) of their oaths (Ai'maana-him') that, "If (La'in') you (s) should command them (Amar'ta-hum'), they would (La) go forth (Yakh'rujunna)." Say (Qul): "Do not (Laa) swear (Tuq'simu'). Obedience (Toa'ätun) is well-known (Ma'ruufatun). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is conversant (Khabiiru) with what (Bimaa) you do (Ta'maluun)."

And (Wa) only (Maa illa) the clear (El'Mubiin) notification (El’Balaagu) is upon (Älaa) the Messenger (Er'Rasuuli). “ (16:82)
GOD has promised those who believe among you and do good deeds that HE will grant them succession on earth just as HE granted those before them succession and will firmly establish their religion for them which HE has approved for them, and HE will substitute for them security after their fear, worshipping ME without associating anything with ME. And whoever disbelieves after that, then those are the immoral.
GOD has promised (Waäda-llahu) those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu') among you (Minkum') and (Wa) do (Ämilu') good deeds (Es'Soalihaati) that HE will (La) grant them succession (Yas'takh'lifanna-hum) on earth (Fiil' Ar'di) just as (Kamaa) HE granted those (Ellaziina) before them (Min Qab'li-him) succession (-Es'takh'lafa) and (Wa) will (La) firmly establish (Yumakkinanna) their religion (Diina-humu) for them (Lahum) which (Ellazii) HE has approved (Er'tadoa) for them (5:3) (Lahum), and HE will (La) substitute for them (Yubaddilanna-hum) security (6:82) (Am'nan) after (Min Ba'di) their fear (Khaw'fi-him), worshipping ME (Ya'buduuna-nii) without (Laa) associating (Tush'rikuuna) anything (Shai'an) with ME (Bii). And (Wa) whoever (Man) disbelieves (Kafara) after (Ba'da) that (Zaalika), then (Fa) those (U'laaika) are the immoral (El'Faasiquun).
And establish the Liturgy and give the Charity and obey the Messenger so that you may attain mercy.
And (Wa) establish (Aqiimu') the Liturgy (Es'Solaata) and give (Aatu') the Charity (Ez'Zakaata) and obey (Atiiu') the Messenger (Er'Rasuula) so that you (p) (Laällakum') may attain mercy (6:155) (Tur'hamuun).
Do not think that those who disbelieve are causing failure on earth. For their abode is the Fire; and wretched is the destiny.
Do not (Laa) think that (Tah'sabanna) those who (Ellaziina) disbelieve (Kafaru') are causing failure (Mu'jiziina) on earth (Fiil' Ar'di). For (Wa) their abode (Ma'waa-humu) is the Fire (En'Naaru); and (Wa) wretched (Labi'sa) is the destiny (El'Masiir).
O you who believe, let those your right hands possess and those who have not reached puberty among you request for your authorization three times; before the Dawn Liturgy 1 and when you take off your clothes at noon and after the Evening Liturgy 2; three private times for you. There is no blame on you nor on them after these, to circulate around each other. Thus does GOD clarify the verses to you; and GOD is Omniscient and Wise.
O you (Yaa Ayyuha) who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu'), let those (Li) your right hands (Ai'maanu-kum') possess (Malakat') and (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) have not (Lam') reached (Yab'lugu') puberty (El'Huluma) among you (Minkum') request for your authorization (Yas'ta'zinkumu) three (Thalaatha) times (Marraatin); before (Min Qab'li) the Dawn Liturgy 1 (Solaatil' Faj'ri) and when (Hiina) you take off (relax) (Tado'uuna) your clothes (Thiyaaba-kum) at (Mina) noon (Ez'Zohiirati) and after (Min Ba'di) the Evening Liturgy 2 (Solaatil' Eshaai); three (Thalaathu) private times (Äw'raatin) for you (Lakum'). There is no (Lai'sa) blame (Junaahu) on you (Älai'kum') nor (Walaa) on them (Älai'him') after these (Ba'dohunna), to circulate (Towwaafuuna Älai'kum) around each other (Ba'du-kum' Älaa Ba'din). Thus (Kazaalika) does GOD clarify (Yubayyinu-llahu) the verses (El'Aayaati) to you (Lakumu); and (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is Omniscient (Äliimun) and Wise (Hakiim).
And when the children among you reach puberty, then let them request for authorization just as those before them had requested for authorization. Thus does GOD clarify HIS verses to you; for GOD is Omniscient and Wise.
And (Wa) when (Izaa) the children (El'At'faalu) among you (Minkumu) reach (Balaga) puberty (El'Huluma), then let (Fal') them request for authorization (Yas'ta'zinu') just as (Kamaa) those (Ellaziina) before them (Min Qab'li-him') had requested for authorization (Es'ta'zana). Thus (Kazaalika) does GOD clarify (Yubayyinu-llahu) HIS verses (Aayaati-hi) to you (Lakum'); for (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is Omniscient (Äliimun) and Wise (Hakiim).
As for the adults among the women who are not expecting marriage, there is no blame on them in case they loosen their clothes without decking with adornment, but to be modest is better for them. And GOD is Hearing and Omniscient.
As for (Wa) the adults (principles) (El'Qawaaedu) among (Mina) the women (En'Nisaai) who (Ellaatii) are not (Laa) expecting (Yar'juuna) marriage (Nikaahan), there (Fa) is no (Lai'sa) blame on them (Junaahun Älai'hinna) in case (An) they loosen (relax) (Yado'na) their clothes (Thiyaaba-hunna) without (Gai'ra) decking (Mutabarrijaati) with (Bi) adornment (24:31) (Ziinatin), but (Wa) to (An) be modest (Yas'ta'fif'na) is better (Khai'run) for them (Lahunna).
