And beware of a day in which you will be returned to GOD; then every soul will be paid for what it had earned, and they will not be wronged.
And (Wa) beware of (Ettaqu') a day (Yaw'man) in which (Fiihi) you will be returned (Tur'jauuna) to GOD (ilaallahi); then (Thumma) every (Kullu) soul (Naf'sin) will be paid (Tuwaffaa) for what (Maa) it had earned (Kasabat'), and (Wa) they (Hum') will not (Laa) be wronged (Yuz'lamuun).
O you who have believed, whenever you mutually contract a debt for a fixed term, then write it down and let a writer among you write in justice. And a writer shall not refuse to write as GOD has taught him. So let him write and let the one upon whom is the duty fill out, and let him beware of GOD, his LORD, and he shall not depreciate anything thereof. And if the one upon whom is the duty is foolish or weak or unable to fill it out, then let his heir fill out in justice. And quote two witnesses from your men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women from those you approve of witnesses; in case one of them errs, then the other one of them will remind. And the witnesses shall not refuse when they are invited. And they shall not be weary to write it down, whether small or big until its term. That is more equitable in front of GOD and more appropriate for testimony and the least not to mistrust each other, unless there is an existing business which you conduct among you, then there is no blame on you not to have written it down. And quote whenever you transact, and do not harm a writer nor a witness, for if you do so, then indeed, it will be immoral of you. So beware of GOD, and GOD will teach you, for GOD is aware of all things.
O you (Yaa Ayyuha) who (Ellaziina) have believed (Aamanuu'), whenever (Izaa) you mutually contract (Tadaayantum Bi) a debt (Dai'nin) for (ilaa) a fixed (Musamman) term (Ajalin), then (Fa) write it down (Ek'tubuu-hu) and let (Wal') a writer (Kaatibun) among you (Bai'nakum') write (-Yak'tub) in justice (Bil' Äd'li). And (Wa) a writer (Kaatibun) shall not (Laa) refuse (Ya'ba) to (An) write (Yak'tuba) as (Kamaa) GOD (Ellahu) has taught him (Ällama-hu). So let (Fal') him write (-Yak'tub') and let (Wal') the one (Ellazii) upon whom (Älai'hi) is the duty (El'Haqqu) fill out (-Yum'lili), and let (Fal') him beware of GOD (-Yattaqi-llaha), his LORD (Rabba-hu), and (Wa) he shall not (Laa) depreciate (Yab'khas') anything (Shai'an) thereof (Min'hu). And (Fa) if (In) the one (Ellazii) upon whom (Älai'hi) is the duty (El'Haqqu) is (Kaana) foolish (Safiihan) or (Aw') weak (Daeefan) or unable (Laa Yas'tatiiu) to (An) fill it out (Yumilla - Huwa), then let (Fal') his heir (-Waliyyu-hu) fill out (Yum'lil') in justice (Bil' Äd'li). And (Wa) quote (Es'tash'hidu') two witnesses (Shahiidai'ni) from (Min) your men (Rijaali-kum'), and (Fa) if (In) there are (Yakuuna) not (Lam') two men (Rajulai'ni), then (Fa) a man (Rajulun) and two women (Em'ra'ataani) from those (Mimman) you approve (Tar'dow'na) of (Mina) witnesses (Es'Shuhadaai); in case (An) one of them (Ih'daa-humaa) errs (Tadilla), then (Fa) the other (El'Ukh'raa) one of them (Ih'daa-humaa) will remind (Tuzakkira). And (Wa) the witnesses (Es'Shuhadaau) shall not (Laa) refuse (Ya'ba) when (Izaa) they (Maa) are invited (Du'u'). And (Wa) they shall not (Laa) be weary (Tus'amuu') to (An) write it down (Tak'tubuu-hu), whether small (Sogiiran) or (Aw') big (Kabiiran) until (ilaa) its term (Ajali-hi). That (Zaalikum') is more equitable (Aq'satu) in front of GOD (Endallahi) and (Wa) more appropriate (Aq'wamu) for testimony (Lis' Shahaadati) and the least (Ad'naa) not to (Alla) mistrust each other (Tar'taabuu'), unless (illaa An) there is (Takuuna) an existing (Haadiratan) business (Tijaaratan) which you conduct (Tudiiruunahaa) among you (Bai'nakum'), then (Fa) there is no (Lai'sa) blame on you (Junaahun Älai'kum') not to (Alla) have written it down (Tak'tubuu-haa). And (Wa) quote (Ash'hiduu') whenever (Izaa) you transact (Tabaaya'tum'), and do not (Walaa) harm (Yudoarra) a writer (Kaatibun) nor (Walaa) a witness (Shahiidun), for (Wa) if (In) you do so (Taf'älu'), then (Fa) indeed, it (Innahu) will be immoral (Fusuuqu) of you (Bikum'). So (Wa) beware of GOD (Ettaqu'llaha), and (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) will teach you (p) (Yuällimu-kumu), for (Wa) GOD is aware of (Äliim Bi) all (Kulli) things (Shai'in).
And if you are on a journey and cannot find a writer, then a guaranty shall be taken, but if you trust each other, then let him who is trusted return his loyalty, and let him beware of GOD, his LORD. And do not conceal a testimony, for whoever conceals it, then indeed, his heart is sinful. And GOD is aware of what you do.
And (Wa) if (In) you (p) are (Kuntum') on (Älaa) a journey (Safarin) and (Wa) cannot (Lam') find (Tajidu') a writer (Kaatiban), then (Fa) a guaranty (Rihaanun) shall be taken (Maq'buudatun), but (Fa) if (In') you trust (Amina) each other (Ba'du-kum Ba'doan), then let (Fal') him who is trusted (E’tumina) return (-Yuaddi) his loyalty (Amaanata-hu), and let (Wal') him beware of GOD (-Yattaqi-llaha), his LORD (Rabba-hu). And (Wa) do not (Laa) conceal (Tak'tumu') a testimony (Es'Shahaadata), for (Wa) whoever (Man) conceals it (Yak'tum'ha), then (Fa) indeed (Innahu), his heart (Qal'bu-hu) is sinful (Aathimun). And (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is aware of what (Bimaa) you do (Ta'maluun).
To GOD belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth; and whether you reveal what is within yourselves or conceal it, GOD will hold you accountable for it; then HE will forgive whomever HE wills and punish whomever HE wills, for GOD is capable of all things.
To GOD belongs (Lillahi) whatever (Maa) is in (Fii) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and whatever (Wamaa) is on earth (Fiil' Ar'di); and (Wa) whether (In) you reveal (Tub'du') what (Maa) is within (Fii) yourselves (Anfusi-kum') or (Aw') conceal it (Tukh'fuu-hu), GOD (Ellahu) will hold you accountable (Yuhaasib'kum) for it (Bihi); then (Fa) HE will forgive (Yag'firu) whomever (Liman) HE wills (Yashaau) and (Wa) punish (Yuäzzibu) whomever (Man) HE wills (Yashaau), for (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is capable of (Qadiir Älaa) all (Kulli) things (Shai'in).
The Messenger believes in what has been revealed to him from his LORD, and so do the believers. They all believe in GOD 1, HIS Angels 2, HIS books 3 and HIS messengers 4, "We do not differentiate between any of HIS messengers."And they say, "We hear and obey, YOUR forgiveness, our LORD, and to YOU is the destiny."
The Messenger (Er'Rasuulu) believes (Aamana) in what (Bimaa) has been revealed (Unzila) to him (ilai'hi) from (Min) his LORD (Rabbi-hi), and so do (Wa) the believers (El'Mu'minuuna). They all (Kullun) believe (Aamana) in GOD 1 (Billahi), HIS Angels 2 (Malaa’ikati-hi), HIS books 3 (Kutubi-hi) and (Wa) HIS messengers 4 (Rusuli-hi), "We do not (Laa) differentiate (Nufarriqu) between (Bai'na) any (Ahadin) of (Min) HIS messengers (Rusuli-hi)." And (Wa) they say (Qaalu'), "We hear (Sami'naa) and (Wa) obey (Ato'naa), YOUR forgiveness (Guf'raana-ka), our LORD (Rabba-naa), and (Wa) to YOU (ilai'ka) is the destiny (El'Masiir)."
GOD does not charge a soul except its capacity. It will have what it earns and upon it is what it has earned."Our LORD, do not seize us if we forget or make mistake. Our LORD, and do not lay a burden upon us as YOU laid it upon those before us. Our LORD, and do not burden us with what we have no strength. So pardon us and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. YOU are our guardian, so grant us victory over the disbelieving people.”.
GOD (Ellahu) does not (Laa) charge (Yukallifu) a soul (Naf'sin) except (illa) its capacity (Wus'ä-haa). It will have (Laha) what (Maa) it earns (Kasabat') and (Wa) upon it (Älai'ha) is what (Maa) it has earned (Ak'tasabat'). "Our LORD (Rabba-naa), do not (Laa) seize us (Tuaakhiz'naa) if (In) we forget (Nasii-naa) or (Aw') make mistake (Akh'toa'naa). Our LORD (Rabba-naa), and (Wa) do not (Laa) lay (Tah'mil') a burden (Is'raan) upon us (Älai'naa) as (Kamaa) YOU laid it (Hamal'ta-hu) upon (Älaa) those (Ellaziina) before us (Min Qab'li-naa). Our LORD (Rabba-naa), and (Wa) do not (Laa) burden us (Tuhammil'naa) with (Bihi) what (Maa) we have (Lanaa) no (Laa) strength (Toaqata). So (Wa) pardon us (E'fu Ännaa) and (Wa) forgive us (Eg'fir' Lanaa); and (Wa) have mercy upon us (Er'ham'naa). YOU (Anta) are our guardian (master) (Maw'la-naa), so (Fa) grant us victory (Ensur'naa) over (Älaa) the disbelieving (El'Kaafiriin) people (El'Qaw'mi).” (SRV - 2:134, 2:141 / SRV - 2:47, 2:122).
