إِلَّا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ

except those who repent after that and reform. Then indeed, GOD is Forgiving and Merciful.

except (illa) those who (Ellaziina) repent (Taabu') after (Min Ba'di) that (Zaalika) and (Wa) reform (As'lahu'). Then (Fa) indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is Forgiving (Gafuurun) and Merciful (Rahiim).

Therefore (Fa) whoever (Mani) fabricates (Ef'taraa) falsehood (El'Kaziba) about GOD (Älaallahi) after (Min Ba'di) that (Zaalika), then (Fa) they (Humu) are those (U'laaika) who are the transgressors (Ez'Zoalimuun).
